OJA Municipal Clerks Conference - All Clerks

Municipal Clerks:

It’s time to register for the annual Municipal Clerks Conference scheduled March 27–28 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Manhattan.

Conference at a glance

March 27 is for new clerk orientation. If you have worked as a municipal court clerk for fewer than five years, you are eligible to attend.

March 28 is for all municipal clerks. Kathy Bote will give the keynote presentation on how to Develop a Verbal Aikido Mindset for Better Self-Care and Service.

Review the agenda for full details. If you have not used the Kansas Municipal Courts web portal in a while, you may need to register as a new user to gain access. Once your registration is approved, you will be able to log in to the portal.

Register to attend by March 14. When you register, make sure you select the days you will attend.

We will send you a registration confirmation email from education@kscourts.gov within a week of your registration.

Attire for all events is business casual. We also invite you to wear your favorite baseball or softball jersey.

Hotel information

There are room blocks at the Hilton Garden Inn, Fairfield Inn, and Holiday Inn Express & Suites.

Hotel reimbursement will be limited to the room block rate plus applicable fees and taxes. Expense reimbursement guidelines are on the Kansas Municipal Court web portal.
