Please join us at the 2024 KACM Conference! The conference will be Thursday September 26 - Friday September 27 in Hays at the Hilton Garden Inn & Convention Center.
The conference includes a full day of presentations on Thursday and a half day of presentations on Friday.
It also includes a hospitality event on Wednesday evening, breakfast and lunch on Thursday, a social event on Thursday evening, and breakfast on Friday. When registering, please indicate your attendance and any guest attendance at meals and the social event.
An important component of the conference is the exhibition by companies that offer technology and products that enable municipal agencies to be more responsive to the public, work more efficiently, and improve municipal court operations. Booth spaces are normally near the food / beverage area and we work diligently to facilitate as much interaction with attendees as possible. This makes KACM conferences an asset to participating exhibitors.
Registration
Registration and payment are available online only. Payment is required at time of registration. The deadline to register is Tuesday September 10, 2024. There is no late or walk-up registration; there are no refunds.
The $300 registration fee includes booth space, one six-foot table with covering, and two chairs. It also includes breakfast & lunch on Thursday for one person, and breakfast on Friday for one person. You are welcome to join us at the hospitality suite and the social event.

Vendors can setup booths on Wednesday September 25, 2024, from 4pm - 10pm.
This application for exhibit space indicates applicant's willingness to abide by all accompanying terms, conditions, guidelines, as well as any additional rules or regulations the management deems necessary for the success of the exhibitions. Payment in full for exhibition space must accompany this application. Any additional costs are to be paid through arrangements with the Hilton Garden Inn & Convention Center. In the event the space limits the number of exhibitors, registration and accompanying fees will be received and honored on a "first come, first serve" basis.
Exhibitor agrees to make advance arrangements with the Hilton Garden Inn & Convention center for requirements other than noted above. Exhibitor agrees to accept all liability and responsibility for any damage to the facility by the exhibitor or the exhibit. Exhibitor further agrees to make no goods, for any injury to the exhibitor or their employees while exhibiting at this conference.
